Acorn and Fox Inn

Come stay with us at a place where peace and quiet and a slower pace are premium. Our non-smoking, upscale bed and breakfast is located on it's own 10 acres of woods and is set on the cliffs overlooking Lake Cumberland. A spacious deck and a screened in porch are available to soothe your body, mind and soul in this perfectly peaceful setting. Our inn will accomodate weddings and receptions also. Children under 12 are not allowed due to the location of the inn, which is on a cliff that is 100-200 feet above the lake. We serve a gourmet breakfast from 7am-9:30am. Five of the eight bedrooms have spectacular lake views and three rooms look into the woods. All rooms have a separate entry and private bath, and three rooms have a jacuzzi tub. Accommodations are in the heart of the Lake Cumberland area and convenient to Cumberland Falls, Yahoo Falls, Mill Springs Park and Mill, Natural Arch, Big South Fork National Recreation Area, Burnside Island State Park and the Daniel Boone National Forest.

Cumberland Point Campground and RV Resort

If you are looking for a vacation on the lake that you and your family and friends can enjoy every minute of, whether it be for one night, one weekend or all season, you have found the place. Owners live on site so you have all the amenities and security for your stay. We have sewer, water and electric at every site. We have a beautiful community lodge for reunions, gatherings and game nights. The lodge also has a general store. We offer large shaded sites that are, on average, 100 foot in length and 50 foot in width. We have a private bath facility, laundry facility, volleyball court, corn hole set, horseshoes, firewood and much more. We also offer free open boat storage and are a pet-friendly place. We are situated on about 30 acres and are located 5 minutes from the Cumberland Point Recreation Boat Launch.

General Burnsde Island State Park - Campground

Cool lake breezes and beautiful views make camping at General Burnside a great getaway. The campground features 94 sites with utility hookups, two central service buildings with showers and rest rooms, and a dump station. Closed for season from mid-November to mid-March.

Grider Hill Dock Campground

Camping at Grider Hill on Lake Cumberland is fun and relaxing. This beautiful forest area is a favorite vacation destination, with all campsites heavily wooded. Grider Hill Dock offers a full service marina with a store, boat rentals and slips. Dine on the water at Grider Hill Restaurant in the Indian Creek Lodge.

Indian Creek Lodge

Dine with a view at Grider Hill Restaurant and enjoy overnight accommodations in a cottage or the lodge at the water's edge. Grider Hill Boat Dock offers a store, boat rentals and slips. There are many area attractions to visit, including 76 Falls, Wolf Creek Dam and the National Fish Hatchery.

Jamestown Resort and Marina

Have a great getaway at this resort offering a ship store and full service marina with houseboat, wave runner, pontoon and fishing boat rentals. Full service dining is provided at the marina's restaurant. Accommodations are available at the lodge or cabins. Two rooms are handicapped accessible, and cabins are partially handicapped accessible. Enjoy the outdoor pool from Memorial Day-Labor Day.

Kendall Recreation Area

Located below Wolf Creek Dam on Lake Cumberland, this recreation area offers playgrounds, picnic sites, seasonal snack bar, boat launch, camping and great fishing. Campsites have water and electric hook-ups, with 20 sites open in winter. Church services are held in the summer. Picnic shelter rental is $50.00/day. Be sure to visit the fish hatchery! Pets only allowed on leash.

Lake Cumberland Resort

Lake Cumberland Resort vacation rentals offer award winning Southern Living Models. We feature one to five bedroom cabins, chalets and villas. We have many units available with hot tubs, all units are fully-furnished and equipped with cable TV. Lake Cumberland State Resort Park - Jamestown

LakePointe Resort

LakePointe Resort is located on Lake Cumberland, 3/4 of a mile from Alligator 2 Marina.  Lake Cumberland is a boaters paradise.  Our guests enjoy boating, swimming, fishing, skiing, wake boarding and much more.  Anglers fish for a wide variety of species including Striped Bass, Largemouth, Smallmouth, Kentucky Bass, Walleye, Crappie, Catfish, and Bluegill. 

LakePointe Resort features 10 two bedroom cabins and a motel.  There is plenty of boat and trailer parking.  We also operate a full-service bait and tackle shop.  LakePointe is a great place to stay for a vacation or a get-away.

Lost Lodge Resort - Somerset

At Lost lodge, we have 18 1, 2, and 3 bedroom cabins situated on 14 acres. These cabins are all located in the woods with access to Lake Cumberland. We now have RV hook ups and Camping Facilities.  Quiet and secluded but still close to Restaurants - Shopping - Recreation - Movies and Tourist Attractions.  Our cabins are completely furnished and include linens, cookware, eating ware, toaster, and coffee pot.  All have air conditioning and cable television.  Charcoal grills, picnic tables, and fire pits are available at each cabin.  We have an open air elevator (known as the Hillovator) that takes the work out of getting down to the water!

 

Enjoy nice, easy days fishing with friends and family...swimming is just a few steps away. Boat dockage available with rental on a first come basis until full.  It is a short walk from any cabin to access the stairs or ride the Hill-O Vator down to the boat dock.  Boat launch located within 1/2 mile.

M & M Sportsman's Lodge

Enjoy your stay on beautiful Lake Cumberland in one of our modern 1 or 2 bedroom cabins.  Amenities include complete kitchens (including a microwave, full sized stove and refrigerator), outdoor grills, picnic tables, boat parking with electrical hookups and a fish cleaning station. Villager Resort - Burnside

Tucked quietly on the shores of beautiful Lake Cumberland, Villager Resort located in Burnside, offers a vast array of amenities that include an inground heated pool, a private dock suitable for swimming and fishing, a tennis court, basketball, volleyball, shuffle board, a play ground, horseshoes, a covered picnic shelter, and a game room.  The resort is located on a private street, safe for youngsters to ride bikes, roller blade or skateboard.  The Villager Resort has individual 2,3,4,6 and 8 bedroom units which include private bedrooms, fully furnished kitchen, living area, screened or coverd porch, cable tv, linens, basic cookware, utensils, coffee maker, charcoal grill and picnic table.

Waitsboro Recreation Area

Fishing, boating, ramps and a full service campground is offered at this recreation area on Lake Cumberland. Enjoy the inviting family atmosphere. Campsites have electric and water hookup, bath house and dump station. Several restaurants are nearby. Pets only allowed on leash. Day use area is not handicapped accessible.

Woodson Bend Resort

Woodson Bend Resort is located on a scenic 455 acre peninsula high above and surrounded by Lake Cumberland.  The amenities offered by the resort include condo rentals, an 18-hole championship golf course, 136 slip boat dock, 5 tennis courts, an outdoor basketball court, a volleyball court, a playground area for kids, a clubhouse with banquet room and The Palisades restaurant for fine dining.
